What can I say about Marilyn? She’s been an icon for ever and really set a new standard for beauty. I even had posters of her on my wall when I was in high school! Out of the thousands of photos take of here, this is one of my favourites.
She was once quoted as saying “Following the rules never got me anywhere” and the more I read about her, the more I realize just how much of a badass she was. But yet again, another legend who left us too early.
This is the first of a “Legends” series that I am working on which will mix icons with texture, colour, and typography. All of my favourite things.
